Is your Anti-Spam solution causing problems?
Some email replies to support questions, orders and free upgrade requests are being rejected by badly designed spam detectors.  If you are expecting a reply by email please make sure that you do not have a problem with your spam detection.

If you are using AOL or Verizon please consider that their anti-spam systems seem to lose most of our replies to support questions.
