Controls Defaults. The learning controls can be preset to use defaults. The preset settings can be changed in the
Controls dialog.
 Learning
 Set the learning rate and momentum manually or by using optimize. The learning rate and momentum can be set to decay during learning if the descent to the target error is irregular.

 Check to clear all controls defaults.

 Click to accept all settings and close the dialog.

 Click to reject all settings and close the dialog.
